All our timber is harvested and managed in accordance with the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act.

Community forest management
50,000 hectares on the west coast of Vancouver Island.
Through Andersen Timber Ltd., we own a tree farm license over a 50,000-hectare plot of public forest land on the west coast of Vancouver Island — co-owned with our 50% partner, the Pacheedaht First Nation. Granted by the Province of British Columbia, the TFL allows us to work closely with local First Nations groups to harvest, manage and market the region's timber supply.
Our affiliated operations are also actively involved with the University of British Columbia, and the Municipalities of Mission and Sechelt — marketing and managing both private and public forest lands.
